This course is designed to provide a road map for the TA working for a Subchapter V trustee (or working for an attorney who files a Sub V) on Subchapter V cases from filing to initial appointment to confirmation, conversion or dismissal. It is designed to lay out the progression of a case providing hints for the TA to make a significant impact on a successful case allowing the TA to have an effective role ranging from active participation to limited participation depending on the assistance required from the Subchapter V trustee or counsel.
