"This panel will explore the various definitions of ""fair market value "" and  what the courts have had to say about the fair market value of property and the proper method of valuation to use. More particularly, your host, Russell Garrett and our Auctioneer Community and the Trustee NABT East and West All Stars will examine the value of various personal property assets such as machinery and equipment, boats, domain names, vehicles, Rolex watches, firearms, etc. from the Trustees perspective.

These assets and more are listed on bankruptcy schedules and Trustees are left to determine if the debtor has undervalued, overvalued or accurately valued the personal property item. The program will offer you valuation websites, and sample 341 questions to ascertain a true description of the property and its attributes and characteristics to pass onto your auctioneer and /or determine - ""Should I sell it for the benefit of the estate?"" The East and West Allstars and our auctioneer community will help you decide. "
